A group of girl students were staging a protest at Baloda Bazar on Thursday to demand the construction of a road to their school situated in Amera as they faced problems in commuting to the school every day. Teerth Raj Agrawal, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) reportedly not just ordered a lathi-charge on the girls in school uniforms but also, himself baton-charged the girl students.
