Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday mocked the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) after reports of the Centre slashing funds for soldiers' uniform emerged. <br />This however is not the actual truth.<br />The Indian government has now planned to give uniform allowances to soldiers. This allowance is for 24 out of 54 uniform items which Indian soldiers poses.
